Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

1. Introduction

Project Gorl ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use our AI image and video generation platform at projectgorl.pages.dev.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information — name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google OAuth or create a SuperAdmin account.
  • Uploaded content — reference videos and influencer images you submit for generation. These are stored in Cloudflare R2 private storage.
  • Generated outputs — images and videos produced by the Service, stored in Cloudflare R2 and associated with your account.
  • Usage data — job history, generation timestamps, subscription plan, and credit usage.
  • Technical data — session cookies, IP address, browser type, and device information for authentication and security.
  • Payment data — we do not collect or store payment card details. All billing is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the image and video generation Service
  • Authenticate your account and manage access (including waitlist approval)
  • Process generation jobs on GPU infrastructure (RunPod Serverless)
  • Store and deliver your uploads and generated outputs
  • Manage subscriptions and communicate about your account
  • Enforce our Terms & Conditions and prevent abuse
  • Improve the Service and troubleshoot technical issues

4. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Cloudflare — hosting (Pages, Workers), database (D1), and file storage (R2)
  • RunPod — GPU processing of your uploaded content for generation jobs
  • Google — OAuth authentication (if you sign in with Google)
  • Paddle.com — payment processing and subscription management
  • Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our rights and users

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded files and generated outputs are stored for as long as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@projectgorl.com.

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without losing access. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption across the site. Uploads and outputs are stored in private Cloudflare R2 buckets. Session tokens are signed and stored securely. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

To exercise these rights, email support@projectgorl.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border data transfers.

10. Children

Project Gorl is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
