Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Project Gorl offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases (Starter, Creator, and Pro plans). If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

Before downloading or accessing generated content, you will be asked to confirm that you understand you have 30 days from the order completion date to cancel or request a refund.

2. How to request a refund

You can request a refund through either of these methods:

  • Contact us — email support@projectgorl.com with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
  • Contact Paddle directly — use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and select "Request refund".

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds within the 30-day window are generally granted when:

  • The Service did not function as described
  • You experienced persistent technical issues we could not resolve
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and have not substantially used the Service

Refunds may be declined or partially granted when:

  • The 30-day period has expired
  • You have extensively used generation credits (especially on unlimited plans)
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions

4. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund — you retain access through the end of your current billing period. To cancel, use the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email or contact us at support@projectgorl.com.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle using your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Plan changes

Upgrading or downgrading your plan takes effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you may be charged a prorated amount through Paddle.

7. Policy changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will notify Paddle of any changes to our refund policy as required.
