1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Project Gorl ("Service"), an AI-powered platform for generating influencer images and motion-transfer videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar short-form content. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Project Gorl. The Service is intended for adults only. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. The Service

Project Gorl provides subscription-based access to AI image and video generation tools. Depending on your plan, you may generate:

• Images — high-fidelity character stills (SFW and NSFW)
• Videos — 720×1280 vertical motion-transfer videos from a reference clip and influencer image, powered by the Wan 2.2 pipeline

You upload a reference video (MP4, up to 30 seconds) and a character image (PNG or JPG). Generated outputs are stored privately and delivered through the Studio. Features, limits, and pricing are described on our Pricing page.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Project Gorl offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Creator, and Pro). All purchases must be made through our official website at projectgorl.pages.dev.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Video credits on the Creator plan reset monthly and do not roll over.
• We never store or have access to your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com.
• Before completing a purchase, you must explicitly accept these Terms and our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Project Gorl to:

• Generate content depicting minors or any person without lawful consent
• Violate copyright, trademark, or publicity rights of third parties
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or harm others
• Upload malware, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or abuse rate limits
• Violate applicable laws or Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of images and videos you upload. You grant Project Gorl a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the Service. Generated outputs belong to you, subject to applicable law and third-party model licenses. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all reference material you upload.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. For full details on eligibility and how to request a refund, see our Refund Policy. Refund requests may also be submitted directly to Paddle at paddle.net.

8. Service availability

Video generation runs on scale-to-zero GPU infrastructure (RunPod Serverless). Generation times vary based on queue load and input complexity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but aim to provide reliable access. Scheduled maintenance may occur with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain imperfections. We do not guarantee that outputs will meet your specific creative, commercial, or platform-compliance requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Gorl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us at support@projectgorl.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact Paddle directly through paddle.net.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will notify Paddle of any changes to our refund policy, product terms, or contact details as required.
