2. Content Responsibility
All content you generate is your sole responsibility. You agree not to create material involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable people without consent, or anything illegal in your country. Violations = permanent ban + possible legal report.
3. Face & Identity
When uploading character images or reference media, you certify that you have explicit consent from any person whose likeness is used. Uploads are logged with your account email and IP for abuse prevention.
4. Data & Privacy
We log account ID, IP, job metadata, and outputs for abuse prevention and legal compliance. Request deletion at
support@phototodance.com. We do not sell your data.
5. Credits & Liability
Credits are non-refundable after generation starts. This tool is provided “as-is”. We are not responsible for output quality or misuse.
